Forgot/reset password (Gateway)

If you forgot your password, visit the "Forgot Password" page and enter your registration email address.

If the page says "Email not found" then the email entered is incorrect or you do not have an account associated with the email. If found, you will be alerted on the page and should receive an email with a password reset shortly. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. Password reset emails are only good for 6 hours.

Once you have the password reset email, click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password. You do NOT need to enter your current password.
