Recommender not receiving recommendation request email

If your recommender could not receive the request emails please follow these steps:

1.Please have them check their Spam folder.

2.If it is not in their spam folder, their service provider may be blocking our emails. You can ask the recommender to add applywithus-do-not-reply@universalcollegeapp.com to their whitelist, or you can ask the recommender if they have an alternate email.

3.If these steps do not work, cancel all requests and send a new one to your own email address. Once you receive the request, forward to the recommender.
