Auto-Submit allows recommenders to automatically approve and send a copy of submitted recommendations on to any future schools for the SAME candidate. Recommenders will receive no notification if a recommendation is auto-submitted.
To turn on the feature, recommenders should follow the steps below:
1. Log into the recommender account.
2. Hover over/click the Circle Icon with the head/shoulders at the top right.
3. Choose PROFILE in the drop down.
4. Choose AUTO SUBMIT to the left side of the page.
5. Choose YES to the “AUTO SUBMIT” question.
6. Click “Save & Exit” at the top.
When successfully updated, applicants will be able to see a green Auto Submit button for the recommendation available to be auto-submitted.
