Printing and mailing application/recommendation forms (Gateway)

Gateway member schools prefer to receive forms online.

If it is not possible to submit forms electronically, PDF copies of blank Gateway forms are available for download at https://www.gatewaytoprepschools.com/resources.

Click the link for the form you wish to print. When the PDF opens, print it, complete off line and then mail to the specific school directly. You can find the contact information of the schools here: https://www.gatewaytoprepschools.com/schools.

You will not be able to track the progress of any forms completed outside of the online system in your Checklist.
