The "Completed" filter allows you to sort on applicants who have submitted all of the workflow items you have marked as "minimally complete". By default no workflow items are marked as minimally complete and all applicants will be considered to have completed the minimum requirements.
If your school has specified workflow items as necessary for minimum completion, only those applicants who have completed and submitted all these items will be available when you select "yes" from the "Completed" dropdown.
A list of the workflow items currently marked as minimally complete can be found under the Workflows tab in Settings of your administrative interface. If you would like to change this list of items, please contact us directly.
