You may change your Term, Program, or Decision Plan at any point prior to submission of any form or recommendation requests by removing the college from your 'My Colleges' page and then adding the college again with the proper selections. Please note that you will lose all progress on forms for this college once the college is removed.
Once you submit any form or recommendation request, you cannot change these things or remove that college. If you wish to change your Term, Program, or Decision Plan for that college, or you no longer wish to apply to that college, please contact the college directly. You can find the contact information of the institutions here: https://www.universalcollegeapp.com/schools. Your Checklist will not update with the new status but that is okay.
